Neck, Trap, and Buffalo Hump Liposuction? (Photo)

Question

Hi! I’m a 26 year old female that has previously gotten chin lipo twice, a mini neck lift, and buccal fat removal. Unfortunately, I still don’t feel satisfied with my neck and jawline area. I’ve noticed there is a skin and/or fat buildup connected from my shoulder traps area through my neck and jawline, I’m unsure what further procedures I could do to help tighten that area for a smoother neck. What options should I explore?

Liposuction targeting the neck, trapezius (trap) muscles, and buffalo hump can effectively address localized fat deposits in these areas.  Removing excess fat from the neck, results in a more defined jawline and a slimmer, more contoured neck. while the buffalo hump liposuction removes the fatty deposit at the upper back, just below the neck. This can improve posture and alleviate discomfort.

Hello; the most suitable method for decreasing fat is; Vaserlipo. By applying ultrasound to the areas; where you think for that; there is excess fat; the amount of subcutaneous fat can be detected and if it is excessive; it can be taken with Vaserlipo as well. In order to tighten for neck skin; surgical devices; such as, Renuvion J Plasma and Facetite; non-surgical devices; such as, Thermage, Ulthera, Morpheus 8; injections, as an example of Sculptura, Lanluma, Radiesse; they all available. Depending on our situation, one or more of these; can be combined. In order to reduce for wrinkles; on the neck area, injections that involve "peptide", non-double bonded, hyaluronic acid based; all work.

You would benefit from a chin implant.  A chin implant will increase the tension on the skin to perhaps define the jaw better.  You would also benefit from liposuction of the posterior neck.

I would suggest nonsurgical Morpheus skin tightening in those areas.  You should get good results, and it can be repeated as you age.

The majority of people who get Buffalo hump Liposuction have some spinal contour issues Causing the deformity.Most people have sufficient amounts of fat. The Liposuction usually gives pretty good improvements, even if the problem is in part due to bone structure.Facial aesthetics are also primarily related to facial skeletal structure, and this is one reason why soft tissue approaches like removing buckle fat, and Liposuction doesn’t always create the results patient had hoped for.
