Could chin reduction via the burring method be done under local anesthesia only? (Photo)

C2322
I’m thinking about getting a chin reduction but the price and anesthesia is scary to me. Therefore, would it be possible if it could be done under local anesthesia? I’ve had dental procedures done with only local and they weren’t impossible to bear. So how would a simple chin burring feel done under only local? Is it tolerable and has it been done?
