$4800 for liposuction is not an extremely expensive procedure. It isn’t the amount of fat being removed that they’re charging for. It’s a liability that comes with permanently changing someone’s facial appearance with an irreversible procedure.

Actually the more correct answer for the price is that it represents market demands and each plastic surgeon puts their price at what they feel they can get away with. our clinic charges more and I’ve seen people charge less.

I’m not sold that you need Liposuction or that it will give you a significant improvement.
