Breast/implant pain after pregnancy. Could this be early capsular contracture?

Mcelo1986
I am 5’2 and 127 pounds. I had my breast augmentation in may of 2022. Each breast has 450cc silicone gel. I became pregnant in January of 2023. I had my baby on 8/28. I chose not to breast feed and my breasts got SUPER engorged. That went away after a week. However, I am now 2 months PP and experiencing significant pain in my left breast. I can feel the implant moving around and it’s uncomfortable. The breast still looks the same and is soft. Could this be early capsular contracture?
