Question

My butt looks and feels to heavy for my legs. I also have too much projection. What I do to reduce the look ? I had it done 6 months ago and wanted a natural subtle look. I’d like to decrease about 20%. My doc didn’t listen and stuffed my ass to the maximum and it looks and feels like it’s going to pop.

Thanks for posting some photos, but virtual consult is better unclothed. BBL Reduction/RESHAPING/REVISIONs are new operations being preformed by very few boarded Plastic Surgeons. It is a very difficult operation to obtain uniform shaping and takes more surgical time. It has not much to do with skin tightening but more with specific surgical liposuction techniques to re form the buttock shape. I have now preformed over 80 of these cases. Reducing your BBL is best done with liposuction.
Each time someone has surgery things get more complicated with lower incidence of long-term patient satisfaction.
Choose your provider carefully and make sure they are on the same page.
Preferably find someone who has a proven track record with BBL revisions.
I recommend multiple in person consultations to get an accurate assessment and the ability to properly vet plastic surgeons.
