Hi, so I had rhinoplasty 3 years ago and my starting point was overprojected, a dorsal hump and a droopy nose that plunged downward and took over my entire side profile. My nose was also wide but I did not mind the width as I have a wide face and am multiracial. I asked them not to do alarplasty/nostril stuff, but now I'm wondering if there is alar retraction and if I may have already had that prior to the surgery as well. Does it look like there’s alar retraction in the ‘after’? And did it look like I already had alar retraction prior to surgery too? I also find my nose too pinched from the front view, especially under harsh lighting. I drew an arrow to an indent in the nose that I want to be filled in. I want it to be smoother and less "bony". My surgeon is offering to do a complimentary revision where I just pay for the hospital fees, I'm nervous about what to do. Please help
