Tip asymmetry and cartilage displacement. Could I have a tip plasty revision instead of a full revision rhinoplasty? (Photos)

I had rhino 20 years ago. I had tip asymmetry and cartilage displacement, my nose looks more overprojected because of this. I receive dermal fillers but considering a revision. Could I have tip Plasty or would you advise a whole revision rhinoplasty?

Based on your photos, you appear to have thin nasal skin, along with an indentation involving your right lower nasal sidewall, and right nasal tip. Microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for achieving a straighter, less distracting, and less operated nasal appearance. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
