Hi, I was unfortunately given a crooked nose with a dent by a UK surgeon who is now ignoring me. Please can I find ways to fix the dent?

Based on your photo, you appear to have thin nasal skin and a somewhat pinched tip appearance with a concavity on the right side of your nasal tip. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for adding permanent volume to the indent in your nasal tip. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos one side of your collapse due to the previous surgery. It might cause also breathing issues unfortunately. For get rid of this image and gain more healthy, natural and elegant nose I recommend you revision rhinoplasty. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.
