Hello doctors :) I had two rhinoplasties before and in my primary I had alarplasty which I really don’t like and didn’t asked for. I am looking for a way to make my nostrils bigger again/ with more flare by adding skin graft to the alarbase. I understand composite graft from the ear is usually used to achieve this. My question is: will the composite graft be as the same color as the alar base skin at the end of the healing? Will appreciate your honest answer. Thank you!
