Nose too narrow and dorsum height too reduced with round tip after rhinoplasty (Photo)

Question

Hi, I had my rhinoplasty done 4 months ago and i am so disturbed because of it, I just want to restore my old nose to the extent possible. my nose was narrowed from top to bottom with an alar flare reduction. The height of the upper part was also reduced. I want to re widen my nose a bit from top to bottom and heighten my nose like how it was before and the old shape back. Please help me out

We can see that your bridge is a bit low, however, filling this without further surgery is relatively straightforward to achieve a straight nasal profile. On front view, your nose still appears quite wide in the bridge but this will likely improve over the next 10 months as you continue to heal. Generally, it is impossible to get the old shape of your nose back after rhinoplasty surgery. The best mindset to have moving forward is to gain Improvement so that you're ultimately happy. Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos your previous surgeon make your nose much more feminine and curved your nose too much. You need your dorsum heightness and more straight dorsum. For gain more masculine looking I recommend you revision rhinoplasty surgery. Your surgeon might use rib cartilage for raised your dorsum.
