Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos your previous surgeon make your nose much more feminine and curved your nose too much. You need your dorsum heightness and more straight dorsum. For gain more masculine looking I recommend you revision rhinoplasty surgery. Your surgeon might use rib cartilage for raised your dorsum.
