Hi, I had my rhinoplasty done 4 months ago and i am so disturbed because of it, I just want to restore my old nose to the extent possible. my nose was narrowed from top to bottom with an alar flare reduction. The height of the upper part was also reduced. I want to re widen my nose a bit from top to bottom and heighten my nose like how it was before and the old shape back. Please help me out

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photo you nostrils are too upturned and you might have hanging columella. Also there is a small asymmetry between your nostrils the reason for this might be previous surgery. Please keep in mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable...
