Two years ago I had rhinoplasty, followed by lip lift 1 year ago. I am very happy with the side view of my nose, but there is an assymetry of my nostrils when looking front the front (which, as I heard is not that uncommon). Is there any procedure that would allow me to achieve a better symmetry without a full-scale surgery involving general anaesthesia? I would be grateful for your advice.

There's no perfect nose, and rhinoplasty can give some improvement, usually in the 85 to 95% range. Never 100%. You can consider placement of either a cartilage graft or a fascia graft to that area to try to make it look more symmetrical. A third rhinoplasty procedure is going to be less...
