Secondary gluteal crease after butt lipo. Uneven result after tummy tuck. Irregularities at thighs after liposuction.

Mini tuck+laser lipo tummy, flanks, inner thighs, buttocks on 07/01/16. Secondary gluteal crease has developed. Inner thighs uneven, dent leads to crease on back; overall skin more loose. Left side of tummy uneven, belly button slightly out, not centered, tends to the left; was centered+inside before. Still loose skin on left side of tummy. Surgeon board-certified; recommends touch-up lipo buttocks+tummy left side above scar. Very unhappy, regret surgery. Afraid additional lipo makes things worse, leads to saggy result.

If the "outie" belly button is caused by an umbilical hernia we recommend our patients to have it repaired and wait at least 6 weeks before getting liposuction. If that is just the shape of your belly button and there is no underlying hernia it will not cause any problems with Laser Liposuction...

Hello! Thanks for your question/ I agree with Dr. Emer, as there is no "one size fits all" approach to how many treatments you require to see the results you seek. A combination of treatments would be the best option, though I would always recommend Hi-Def lipo or Vader...
