Dr. Velilla and his team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. The facility itself is top notch, modern, and extremely clean, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The staff was professional, attentive, and welcoming. I highly recommend Evolution MD to anyone looking for excellent service and quality care.

When I say this was the best thing I ever did for my side profile I mean wow. I got chin and arm lipo and I was a little nervous because this was my first surgery ever. EvolutionMD fully delivered!!! I’ll start with the staff.. absolutely amazing!!! 5 stars from the patient coordinators to the anesthesiologists to the nurses to the doctor to the massage therapists everyone was so nice so caring and happy they made it a breeze. Isabel the coordinator and Emily the massage therapist were amazing so sweet and caring. Okay now let’s get to the location and environment . I was a little hesitant at first because it was a little outside of Miami and I wasn’t familiar with this area and it does look a little different pulling up. But rest assured once I entered and saw how clean and beautiful the inside was I felt so much better. It is very modern and clean from the waiting room all the way to the table. Now the actually treatment. I got chin and arm lipo with j plasma and when I tell you I wish I would have done this years ago. I want to personally call everyone from Evolution MD and thank them because my chin has never looked this good. I spent years getting chin filler and lots of money wasted having people tell me it would fix my chin. Chin lipo with j plasma with Dr Velilla completely fixed it. I am only 6 days post op and I have never seen my side profile so good. My arms also look amazing. If you have any hesitation or doubts just do it EvolutionMD Is amazing and I wish I could have known how good and easy everything would go so I didn’t worry so much before because they are the best people and really care about everyone that steps foot in there. Thank you so much Dr. Velilla for doing an amazing job I couldn’t be happier with my results!!!

I was so fascinated by this whole facility, amazing staff, great nurses, anesthesiologists, assistants, etc. All of them were fantastic and helpful. such a beautiful modern state-of-the-art facility. It runs so organized, and efficiently. My surgery buddy Johanna was the sweetest and best, the coordinator and the whole team I dealt with were just so motivating and inspirational. Dr. Velilla was very communicative and just so talented and very friendly. I can't wait to see my final results. My only question is why did I wait so long to do this. Excited about the Summer.

I have Lipo 360 with chin Lipo march 21st kinda nervous. The dr I have it with us dr ina. Staff so far are really friendly. I’m excited about my procedure any feedback? Feel free to msg me if you can I’m not sure how this goes. Definitely will like to hear how painful it is.

Doctor Cesar Velilla is definitely the goat! First and foremost he did an AMAZING job on my lipo 360! I look like a completely different person! He is such a nice person ! The day of my surgery he came and talk to me on a nice personal friendly level to help calm me down because I was really scared , I’ve never had surgery before but he made my surgery a breeze and I felt very comfortable with him and had a lot of faith in him . He really cares about his patients and his work! He will achieve the body of your dreams!! He is such an amazing doctor I had my surgery 4/21/2022 and his new born baby was born on 4/18/2022 just 3 days before my surgery!!! And he STILL came and did my surgery. I feel as if it was any other doctor they would have canceled or rescheduled on me but he didn’t ! That shows that he take his work seriously and he care about his patients! I love doctor lipo and I can not wait to get more work done by him in the next few months!

Hello dolls I’m 3 weeks post op and let’s just say I loveeeeeeeee my results. Honestly I was worried because my right side is swollen and I thought I was botched but my massage lady reinsured me that I’m still swollen and it will go down! Ok so day of surgery nervous as ever and it all happened so quick!! Glad it did because I was seconds away from saying forget it..lol Fast forward surgery happened and woke up no pain and honestly I didn’t even take the hydros they prescribed. I say my pain was a 4. I was mostly uncomfortable from the tube. Butt didn’t burn at all! Overall I’d recommend him a million and one times! Thank you so much I look and feel amazing Updated on 4 Oct 2022: 3 months post op???????????????? and I love it!!! It has rounded out and is very soft I still feeling tingling in my butt does that mean it’s still fluffing? I hope so cuz I want a little more!! I did ask for a natural but being I’m so small in the legs!! He delivered exactly what I asked for if I had more legs I would’ve went bigger!! People say it look like I just worked out

I am truly satisfied with the results delivered by Dr. Lipo! I am only one month post op but I saw my results immediately after surgery. My results are actually more defined with wearing my stage two faja with a lipo foam and board belt! I honestly thought that my results would be impossible because I had a pouch at the bottom of my stomach. I was afraid of a bunch of excess skin on my stomach. My surgeon said that there was a possibility of hanging skin also. Because of his honesty I was mentally prepared, and he also let me know that if this were to happen that I could get a mini tummy tuck 6 months later. I did suffer from two hematomas, but my surgeons team made sure to treat it, prescribe me treatments for it and to follow up with how it healed along with how my body healed. My price also included 6 massages, the first one was at the clinic which was super clean and the massage therapists were awesome. The remainder of my massages were done at my hotel which was 12 minutes away from the clinic. On my surgery day, the process was done in a timely manner. I was able to see how the clinic was sanitized, the staff worked very well with me before and after and I felt comfortable and safe. My only issue was that I feel like the staff should communicate a lot better amongst each other. The staff should be more aware of what’s going on with the patient. Besides that they are very courteous, they work hard and they problem solve very well. I also feel like my consultant could’ve done a better job at following up with me before and after surgery. She didn’t even do a courtesy call to see how my surgery went. But whatever. All that really matters is that I got the results that I was looking for! I feel sexier and more confident than ever. In addition I lost weight! The way that Dr. Lipo contoured my body actually made my butt and hips more defined. People think I had a bbl done I didn’t lol. My best advice is to trust the process! Wonderful experience with Doctor Lipo at Evolution MD. It’s been 6 month since I had liposuction of my love handles and fat transfer to my buttocks. Amazing results. I’m a 44 year old male who was working out and eating healthy yet still needed thay extra push. Dr.Velilla helped me get to where I wanted to be. Thank you very much Dr. Lipo.
