I was so fascinated by this whole facility, amazing staff, great nurses, anesthesiologists, assistants, etc. All of them were fantastic and helpful. such a beautiful modern state-of-the-art facility. It runs so organized, and efficiently. My surgery buddy Johanna was the sweetest and best, the coordinator and the whole team I dealt with were just so motivating and inspirational. Dr. Velilla was very communicative and just so talented and very friendly. I can't wait to see my final results. My only question is why did I wait so long to do this. Excited about the Summer.

I have Lipo 360 with chin Lipo march 21st kinda nervous. The dr I have it with us dr ina. Staff so far are really friendly. I’m excited about my procedure any feedback? Feel free to msg me if you can I’m not sure how this goes. Definitely will like to hear how painful it is.

Doctor Cesar Velilla is definitely the goat! First and foremost he did an AMAZING job on my lipo 360! I look like a completely different person! He is such a nice person ! The day of my surgery he came and talk to me on a nice personal friendly level to help calm me down because I was really scared , I’ve never had surgery before but he made my surgery a breeze and I felt very comfortable with him and had a lot of faith in him . He really cares about his patients and his work! He will achieve the body of your dreams!! He is such an amazing doctor I had my surgery 4/21/2022 and his new born baby was born on 4/18/2022 just 3 days before my surgery!!! And he STILL came and did my surgery. I feel as if it was any other doctor they would have canceled or rescheduled on me but he didn’t ! That shows that he take his work seriously and he care about his patients! I love doctor lipo and I can not wait to get more work done by him in the next few months!

Hello dolls I’m 3 weeks post op and let’s just say I loveeeeeeeee my results. Honestly I was worried because my right side is swollen and I thought I was botched but my massage lady reinsured me that I’m still swollen and it will go down!


Ok so day of surgery nervous as ever and it all happened so quick!! Glad it did because I was seconds away from saying forget it..lol


Fast forward surgery happened and woke up no pain and honestly I didn’t even take the hydros they prescribed. I say my pain was a 4. I was mostly uncomfortable from the tube. Butt didn’t burn at all!

Overall I’d recommend him a million and one times! Thank you so much I look and feel amazing

3 months post op???????????????? and I love it!!! It has rounded out and is very soft I still feeling tingling in my butt does that mean it’s still fluffing? I hope so cuz I want a little more!! I did ask for a natural but being I’m so small in the legs!! He delivered exactly what I asked for if I had more legs I would’ve went bigger!! People say it look like I just worked out

I am truly satisfied with the results delivered by Dr. Lipo! I am only one month post op but I saw my results immediately after surgery. My results are actually more defined with wearing my stage two faja with a lipo foam and board belt! I honestly thought that my results would be impossible because I had a pouch at the bottom of my stomach. I was afraid of a bunch of excess skin on my stomach. My surgeon said that there was a possibility of hanging skin also. Because of his honesty I was mentally prepared, and he also let me know that if this were to happen that I could get a mini tummy tuck 6 months later. I did suffer from two hematomas, but my surgeons team made sure to treat it, prescribe me treatments for it and to follow up with how it healed along with how my body healed. My price also included 6 massages, the first one was at the clinic which was super clean and the massage therapists were awesome. The remainder of my massages were done at my hotel which was 12 minutes away from the clinic. On my surgery day, the process was done in a timely manner. I was able to see how the clinic was sanitized, the staff worked very well with me before and after and I felt comfortable and safe. My only issue was that I feel like the staff should communicate a lot better amongst each other. The staff should be more aware of what’s going on with the patient. Besides that they are very courteous, they work hard and they problem solve very well. I also feel like my consultant could’ve done a better job at following up with me before and after surgery. She didn’t even do a courtesy call to see how my surgery went. But whatever. All that really matters is that I got the results that I was looking for! I feel sexier and more confident than ever. In addition I lost weight! The way that Dr. Lipo contoured my body actually made my butt and hips more defined. People think I had a bbl done I didn’t lol. My best advice is to trust the process! Wonderful experience with Doctor Lipo at Evolution MD. It’s been 6 month since I had liposuction of my love handles and fat transfer to my buttocks. Amazing results. I’m a 44 year old male who was working out and eating healthy yet still needed thay extra push. Dr.Velilla helped me get to where I wanted to be. Thank you very much Dr. Lipo.

I had a Brazilian Butt Lift and Lipo 360 on October 30, 2020. The location is in Miramar Florida, and I am from Colorado so I did not see the location or meet the staff until I was in Miramar the day before my surgery. I was under the impression that the location was one entire building, But Evolution MD covers multiple suites in a medical office park.The office was exactly what I expected it to be, clean and bright, filled with beautiful people. Dr. Cesar Velilla is very busy, and It was clear that he just wanted to get done with the consultation. However, although he was not overly warm, I did get the impression that he was very professional. He was honest with me about what to expect.Post surgery, I was disappointed at the way that I was treated. I felt like Dr. Velilla‘s support staff could have been a little bit more thorough and compassionate. Some of this was my fault because I had under prepared for how serious the liposuction would be. My main concern was the pain surrounding the fat injections. However, my butt did not hurt after the third day.It was the extremely aggressive liposuction that caused a problem for me. The problem wasn’t the surgery necessarily, it was that I had not done a significant amount of research about what the liposuction would feel like. I was in the most excruciating pain of my life, and I’m saying this after I carried and birthed six children.I chose Evolution MD because I didn’t want that chop shop feel that is common with the discount plastic surgery clinics in Miami. He is more expensive, but I wasn’t necessarily looking to save a bunch of money. I was concerned about my life, and my results. While the support staff was ghetto and disorganized to the degree of any other less expensive plastic surgeon, I did feel like Dr. Cesar Velilla did his best to give me exactly what I wanted.The surgery change my life. I don’t think that I could have gotten the results that I did from any other surgeon. When I woke up he wasn’t holding my hand. And in fact I never saw him again after my surgery. Even though I wish that I would have gotten a little bit more personalized treatment, I do not regret going to Evolution MD at all. After the boxy, hard phase passed, I could not stop looking at my new body. The swelling went down and the BBL fluffed, and I became a new woman.It has changed my confidence level, and I actually don’t get completely disgusted when I look at my body right now. The BBL is perfect! And the liposuction has made my waist so snatched that it almost draws as much attention as my butt. 3950 CCs of fat was removed. 1800 CCs was put into each cheek. The Lipo 360 went from my shoulder blades, all the way down to my waist, and from the front it went from just under my breast all the way to my fupa, which is now gone. I dropped 11 inches in my waist, and gained 13 inches in my hip/butt area.I HAVE NOT LOST ONE INCH SINCE 9 DAYS AFTER SURGERY. In the images you will see that I have serious stretch marks. I’m OK with that. As I stated I have six children so I have no expectation that my stretch marks are ever going to go away. But I have begun the process of working on my skin to make them less noticeable. I look at Youtubers online and see some of the horrible results that people are getting. I am so glad that I found Evolution MD.The only reason why there’s four stars instead of five is because of the support staff.I’ve had numerous bad experiences trying to get follow up appointments and it just seems like once you’ve paid the money and had your surgery they don’t care.

I everyone I went to evolution Md yesterday to speak to the doctor César Velilla for a consultation. He was very nice and professional to me. I have nothing bad to say. The place is very beautiful and clean. I had a Hydrafacial afterwards and it felt so refreshing and hydrated I'm so glad I choose my doctor. You can tell he cares for his patients and he's human I spoke to him about death and I thought he would mad but he was very understanding and reassuring me. I'm so happy. Oh the technician who did my facial was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this place 100 percent.

I had my surgery Jan 20 with Dr Lipo. I had lipo 360, BbL, chin and arm Lipo. I paid about 10k. I had general anesthesia. My experience with Dr Lipo was amazing he explained everything to me he was very professional and welcoming. He was nothing but nice to me. He reassured me that everything would be perfect as I was scared about surgery. Although I didn't see him again after surgery just once while I was at my post op appt to look at my bruises but that's normal in Miami. I'm in love with my results I couldn't have picked a better surgeon for myself. I'm so happy with my choice. I couldn't thank dr lipo enough. I had no complications after surgery. I'm also a diabetic I followed all his instructions. I have no complaints either about my results. He gave me exactly what I wanted. I'm thinking about getting another round lipo and I will most definitely go back to dr lipo. Thankyou Dr lipo You are the Best!'n
