based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. From your photos you should have nice results from a tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring. The inner thighs can be sculpted with liposuction, but there is a risk of skin laxity in this area due to the skin being thinner here. You can definitely have a tummy tuck if you want to. It will cut the top half of your tattoo off so you should consider that.
There is no good procedure for flabby inner thighs. Liposuction will not improve skin laxity and skin laxity is the biggest problem in this area.
Age causes loss of skim elasticity and there’s no way to reverse this.
There are no good skin tightening options. Do not count on JPlasma a.k.a. Renuvion or procedures like bodytite to do anything other than waste your money.
If they lift it’s probably too aggressive but it is an option for some especially those who have lost a lot of weight or have excessive skin laxity.
Lower extremity liposuction especially when there is skin laxity is typically low patient satisfaction and not particularly useful.
Anytime you consider Liposuction you should be very selective regarding who you choose for your procedure.
This is true for all surgeries but Liposuction seems to be unique and having enormous variation in outcomes based on who does the procedure. When you lift your arms up you put tension on your skin and this does not show how your abdomen looks with your arms down.
We usually make assessments based on a neutral standing position with arms in a down position.
Whatever procedure you opt for you should that plastic surgeons carefully. Do that by asking surgeons to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures for whatever procedure you are considering.
For a tummy tuck look specifically and who gets the most natural looking belly buttons with a very low sad scar that follows anatomic contours naturally and evenly on both sides. The entire torso should look balanced appropriate and balanced from all angles including from behind. A sufficiently talented plastic surgeon will make adjustments to make sure the torso looks appropriate from all angles. This may require doing an extended tummy tuck on those with extensive skin laxity or add liposuction for those with excessive subcutaneous fat and the love handles.
