Hello,Thank you for your question. As others have said, 4 weeks is generally considered too soon post op to be doing strenuous upper body activity. I would recommend my patients wait until at least 6 weeks post op and then gradually increase activity over a period of roughly 3 months. I recommend that you ask your Plastic Surgeon what they advise for you as they know your situation the best.Take care
Four weeks after your surgery may be a little too early for an activity like ziplining. Every surgeon has their own restrictions on activity after breast augmentation. In my practice, I would ask you wait to 8 weeks unless you can do this activity without raising your arms above your head or engaging the pectoralis (chest) muscle.Aloha,Shim Ching, MD

Check with your surgeon prior to your trip. In general I would ask my patient not to zipline for 6 to 8 weeks following surgery.
Please ask your plastic surgeon if you are ready to zip line after 4 weeks. Your surgeon knows the details of your procedure and is the best person to answer your question. That said in my practice I would want you to wait 6-8 weeks before you've proceed to zip line.
