Can you shift/ move the cartilage graft in nose after hitting it? (Photo)

I doubt you would have shifted the graft. It is either sewn in or placed in a tight pocket. Looking at your preop I am surprised you needed a tip graft, but everyone has their own deals. Even if it were shifted there is nothing you can do about it in the next week, so I would quit worrying. This is most likely just some changes in the swelling you are having. It looks very nice.

I'm quite sure that your tip graft tip grafts have not moved. Even the day after surgery it would be hard to move them because they get fixed in position by protein in the wound.The nasal tip will try to go back to the shape it was before, and the tip grafts need to resist that change in order to maintain your postoperative correction. Therefore tips can change after surgery if the grafts were not sufficient.However, you look very early in the postoperative period, though you don't say how long it has been since your operation. Early on, although some changes can occur, rebound swelling can happen and mask the shape of the tip, which will reappear as swelling resolves.If you don't get the shape that you want, your surgeon can always augment your tip a little bit more next year. Right now you have very good result.
