Why is middle bone part of my nose wider and looks swollen to both sides? Is it a broken nose or something different? (Photo)

I am a female in my late twenties and I have been hit in the nose a few times where it bled but nothing major. Please help me figure out what is this swelling or so it seems that the skin around the nose is raised and it's noticeable even more now because I've lost some weight. Please help me with identifying this issue. If you have any questions or need better pictures please inform me. Thank you so much in advance for your time and close attention to this question.
