Hello martin quelin~I'm sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your nose after your rhinoplasty. Yes, it is possible to add a bump to the nasal bridge using a cartilage or other graft. If you are still early in the healing process, it would be best to wait until the swelling resolves to see what the final result is before proceeding with revision surgery. It is also possible to add a bump using dissolvable fillers, and this may be a good trial option for you before you decide to proceed with a permanent correction.
