I’ve had a few consultations for NSNJ and I get different suggestions from different doctors. I am wondering objectively how you might balance my face to make my nose appear smaller? Chin filler? A tiny bit at the top of the nose? Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you!

There is really nothing to lose by trying fillers. There is a good chance that properly placed fillers can make a nice difference. If not, then it will simply go away. If it is good, then Silicone can be placed to create a permanent result. Be sure to go to an experienced injector for this.
