How could I nonsurgically make my nose look less prominent? (photos)

Unfortunately even though non-surgical nosejobs are popular, they are ALMOST ALWAYS done on patients who are poor candidates for it, and who would have much better results with a proper surgical rhinoplasty. For your nose, with the prominent nasal bridge, high glabella (portion between your eyes), overall large size, and over-projected and under-rotated tip, you would actually be a perfect candidate for surgery. Filler to your nose would only make it appear larger and would not be balanced with the rest of your face. You do not have a weak chin so I would not recommend filler to your chin.

Many surgeons overlook key techniques that can otherwise soften the appearance of underlying structures, significantly improving tip symmetry and refinement, and resulting in beautiful and natural appearing results. These specialized maneuvers require a high level of expertise and experience, which most surgeons simply do not have. Given your history, an open septorhinoplasty would be the best approach to precisely reshape your nasal tip, refine the bridge, adjust the size, and restore overall balance.

In addition to reshaping your nose aesthetically, your septal cartilage (or an alternative graft material) would be used to create structural grafts, reinforcing key areas like the columella (the strip of tissue between your nostrils). This is crucial to maintaining long-term symmetry and preventing future distortions.

Rhinoplasty is one of the most technically demanding procedures in all of plastic surgery—millimeters make all the difference. If a surgeon is only performing one or two rhinoplasties per month, they simply do not have the level of experience necessary to achieve the best possible result. Your nose defines your entire face—this is NOT a surgery to leave in the hands of just anyone.

Based on your photos, you appear to have an overprojected nasal profile appearance and a droopy nasal tip. The only way to achieve a smaller nasal appearance would be with rhinoplasty surgery for tip rotation and bridge lowering, for a less distracting and more feminine nasal appearance. Hope this helps! From the profile views provided there appears to be a disharmony between the projection of the nose and those of the lips and chin. If this is indeed the case then HA filler chin augmentation with a robust volumizing filler and lip augmentation with a more malleable HA filler would likely go a long way to harmonizing the projections of the chin, lips and nose, thereby making the nasal projection in profile appear less prominent. A small amount of a low viscosity, cohesive HA filler along with a couple of microdroplets of Botox placed appropriately at the base of the nose can also give a slight lift to the nasal tip, which would also diminish somewhat its forward projection.
