I had rhynoplasty a year ago and it seems like my columella is wonky looking. I was wonder if I can add filler to it bc I really don’t want to go under more plastic surgery to fix it? The 2nd photo show the results I would be happy with.

Hi @Practical8751! I'm sorry you are not happy with your outcome. A liquid rhinoplasty can help raise the bridge and help with the bulbous tip. It is recommended to dissolve the filler prior to a rhinoplasty. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
