Can a non surgical nose job correct my crooked columella? (photos)

Generally, the base view of the nose is the least important. I can see that you appear to have added a little bit of volume to your left medial crural footplate. The simple answer here is yes, a low viscosity, cohesive HA filler can be injected into the columella to create create symmetry. I have personally done this when the need arises (which is often some time subsequent to a prior surgical rhinoplasty). However, this should only be performed by a very experienced injector for two reasons. For one, .novice injectors have little to no experience with injecting in this area being most accustomed to injecting simple simple smile lines with ordinary Restylane or plain Juvederm. Secondly, and at least as importantly, both the potentially distorted anatomy of the blood vessels and tissue scarring within a nose that has undergone prior surgery significantly increase the risk of adverse reactions making it essential that injecting this area with filler be performed by a truly experienced injector.
