Is there a way to clone fat cells for use in fat transfer procedures to minimize liposuction for thin patients?

I’ve been told that I am not a suitable candidate for breast fat transfer because I don’t have enough fat to harvest. I also don’t want lumps and scars on my legs. If technology allows for the production of quality fat cells wouldn’t that make breast fat transfer a better and less invasive process?
