7 weeks post op with ulnar nerve damage to left arm above elbow. Second opinions?

Question

Loss of sensation in medial side of left arm and left pinky + partial ring finger. Some weakness in hand grip. I want to hear opinion about recovery. I took the NCV and EMG tests which show it could be axonotmesis. I have noticed improvement day by day in power and dexterity but sensation not as much. Seeing neurologists and physiotherapist - I want to hear some second opinions, thank you in advance doctors

If the temperature was elevated around this nerve it can create inflammation around the nerve.  Continue to follow up with the specialists regarding the recovery process.

You are describing what sounds like a nerve injury to the ulnar nerve at the cubital tunnel. This may have been attributable to liposuction (more likely than BodyTite), or even a compression garment, but anything is possible. It is a good sign that you are seeing improvement. You made the right choice by following up with a neurologist. I wish you the best.
