BodyTite is the most reasonable procedure, as a thigh lift could leave big scars. Because you have very little skin laxity, liposuction would not be an option as it could worsen the cellulite.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA
Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you would be a good candidate for BodyTite. BodyTite is a minimally-invasive body contouring procedure that utilizes radio-frequency assisted lipolysis. It combines two successful technologies into a double-duty procedure that reduces fat while simultaneously tightening the skin. Traditional liposuction removes excess fat and then relies on the skin to contract smoothly over the area on its own. BodyTite reduces fat without leaving behind wrinkly or saggy skin thru the use of radio-frequency. For more information, please make sure you get a in person consultation from a board-certified dermatologist.
The area around the knee can be an ideal site to use Bodytite. It can be focused on this difficult to treat area. An exam is needed to determine if fatty tissue needs to be thinned around the area.
Hi and thanks for the question. In review of your photos, I would not be inclined to offer you BodyTite. Vaser-assisted lipoplasty would be a better option in terms of volume reduction for you. Best of luck,Glenn Vallecillos, MD, FACS, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Thank you for your question and submitting your photos. BodyTite is an excellent option for reducing the size and tightening the skin on the thighs. With the skin tightening you may see some improvement in your cellulite. Combination therapy helps to achieve the best result. I often inject Sculptra Aesthetic in areas of cellulite and skin laxity to improve the results. In the weeks following BodyTite, we find treatments with Venus Legacy and Zimmer Z Wave help to improve the results and hasten the recovery. I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.

The cost of Bodytite depends on the area that is being treated. It is important to see a qualified plastic surgeon in person who has experience with this technology. For example a scarless arm lift with bodytite ranges from 8.000-10.000. The fact that in most cases a brachioplasty with...
Thank you for your question. The recovery time is based on the number of areas being treated. Typically, I recommend patients to resume their normal activities after 3-4 days. Please consult your provider and always seek treatment from a board-certified dermatologist.
