Should I wait longer or insist my PS remove this hemotoma? I am concerned it could get infected if I wait too long. (photos)

My PS thinks it might be a torn muscle, regardless there is bleeding (hemotoma) according to the ultrasound done last week. I feel some pain but mainly discomfort. I had a mini TT 3 months ago. I developed a seroma in the same place 10 days after surgery. PS drained it twice. Everything was fine until 2 weeks ago the hemotoma popped out where the sermona used to be. I think it might be getting a little bigger. I am very concerned. Please give your opinion. Thank you.
