Thank you for your question and sharing your photo.  Fillers can be used to help lift the lips but does require a multi-injection approach including indirectly lifting the outer lips via the mid-face, naso-labial fold region, the lip itself and the oral commissures.  In addition, Botox/Dysport in weaken the muscles that pull the lips down can also help.  Lastly, I would consider Profound or other energy devices that can lift the cheek/outer face region as well as the upper lips.  This combination can help not only lift the corner of the lips, but also provide an overall rejuvenating look.

I think that a combination of fillers to support the corners of the mouth and Botox in the DAO muscles will help. Also "smile therapy " to strengthen the muscles that lift the corners of the mouth will help. Filler needs to be placed above the lateral lip too to help support the corners.
