Answer: Vaser hi def lipo 4d I appreciate your question. Vaser assisted liposuction utilizes ultrasound to emulsify or melt felt prior to removal. It is also used to etch or define the muscles and normal anatomy to enhance the results. I use a specialized technique to remove the deeper fat areas and sculpt the superficial fat, so that one can achieve the goal of having not only a flatter stomach but also a more defined and curvaceous body if wanted. I can use this technique on the arms as well. I also use the fat removed to graft into the pecs for men or breasts for women as well as into the arms and other areas to further enhance muscle definition. The best candidates for the procedure already have a good muscular base. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery and high definition body contouring. Best of luck! Answer: Can I get a six pack It is hard to say if you will be able to get a six-pack. My guess would be that it is not possible since you have some skin looseness but I would love to be wrong. Prove me wrong!

Answer: Abdomen matches the rest of the body Dear geo12x,I think your abdomen matches the rest of the body and has some contour characteristics that indicates definition. Abdominal "etching" is possible but you will have to consider if this is the right thing for you. It will provide some horizontal indentations which will further indicate definition. All the best,Dr. Remus Repta

Answer: 1.5 years post op Tummy Tuck. Is it possible to get 6 pack abs? (photo) Asked by geo12x in Hollywood, FL 19 hours ago This looks like a nice outcome! I can see the vertical outline of the rectus muscles, and I doubt you will get much more improvment by further diet and exercise. There are etching techniques that some surgeons use to simulate the horizontal inscriptions that are characteristic of the "six pack" look.Discuss with your surgeon. All the best.

Answer: Laser Liposuction May Help 6 Pack After Tummy Tuck Thank you for your question and photographs. You look excellent and I congratulate you on your hard work and strict dieting.Your muscles are obviously developed and I can see the outline of them on your abdomen.Possibly what is covering the sixpack is a small amount of subcutaneous fat beneath the skin.In my experience doing careful laser-assisted liposuction can thin the subcutaneous fat layer so that the underlying muscles may be more visible. However the patient who I had the greatest success with is someone who does 50 situps a day which obviously bulks the abdominal muscles. If you are considering this it is crucial that you see a plastic surgeon who is very experienced at laser liposuction techniques. You do not want the risk of any contour deformity or skin deformity which can occur if liposuction is done to close to the skin. Asked to see photographs of patients that the surgeon you choose has operated on before.
