Can a doctor fix a botched cat eye surgery after having already a revision? (photos)

Hello Doctors, I am desperately looking for a honest doctor, who will be able to help me. I wanted cat eyes for a very long time and then the time came when I decided to do it. I went to a doctor here in the United States in Beverly Hills. I regret this surgery so much. I had normal and even eyes. Now I have one eye hanging down on the right side lower corner. It looks horrible and afraid to look into peoples eyes. I already had a revision. But the same problem came back. Asking for help!
