Hello Doctors, I am desperately looking for a honest doctor, who will be able to help me. I wanted cat eyes for a very long time and then the time came when I decided to do it. I went to a doctor here in the United States in Beverly Hills. I regret this surgery so much. I had normal and even eyes. Now I have one eye hanging down on the right side lower corner. It looks horrible and afraid to look into peoples eyes. I already had a revision. But the same problem came back. Asking for help!

I am so sorry that you have experienced this complication. The first picture is cut off. Based on the other images you have a number of post surgical changes including scaring. The right lower eyelid is distorted and pulled down. These can be fixed but the important thing is to cosmetically fix this. Do not let someone talk you into a skin graft. There are circumstances where a skin graft is essential but in many, many cases a skin graft can be avoided. I suspect that you need soft tissue recruited into the lower eyelid. I am attaching a video that shows how I approach these. Be advised that the video is graphic and shows actual surgery. It also appears that you have had an aggressive temple lift as well. A detailed in person assessment is really needed to map out a plan that will be right for you.
