Botched eye lid surgery! HELP!! Can this be fixed? (Photo)

Question

I had upper and lower eyelid surgery about 1.5 years ago. Now I am left with uneven eyes. One eye is bigger than the other and my left eye has mild ptosis that needs correction. Can this be fixed? Please help me with your advice!!

What they do show are compromised lower eyelid and compromised upper eyelid after blepharoplasty. The upper eyelids fit the Post Upper Blepharoplasty Syndrome (PUBS). There is surgical help to reconstruct you eyelids. Precisely what you need is very much determined by what resources have been left by your prior surgeon. I am attaching a paper on PUBS for your reference. It includes upper eyelid ptosis, long upper eyelid platform, eyelash ptosis, crepey eyelid platform skin, high or absent upper eyelid crease, hollow upper eyelid and a compensatory eyebrow elevation. People differ in how much of each feature they present with. The lower eyelid are pulled down and you are hollow. What you need to fix them very much depends on a detailed physical assessment of the lower eyelid and corner. I am attaching a video of how the most extreme lower eyelid issues are best addressed. Please know that you can be improved and even achieve what you were looking for with your original surgery.

Thank you for reaching to our community! There can be options to help with your droopy upper lid and to adjust the lower eyelid position to reduce the appearance of one eye looking bigger than the other (when the lower eyelid has extra white showing above it compared to the other, it gives that illusion). How to address that difference is the question that is hard to answer without evaluating you in person and getting a feel for the eyelid tension and mobility.
