I had upper and lower eyelid surgery about 1.5 years ago. Now I am left with uneven eyes. One eye is bigger than the other and my left eye has mild ptosis that needs correction. Can this be fixed? Please help me with your advice!!

You have some excess upper lid laxity that could be fixed with a blepharoplasty. You are also shoing some lid ptosis on this picture which could be due to how you are looking. If an examination shows that you have lid ptosis, then correcting that will make you look better and see better.
