Mass on left side of lip after lip fillers - what could be the cause? (photos)

i got 1/4 syringe of lip fillers fThleft side of my lip has this mass underneath of it that will appear and disappear throughout the day. My nurse injector has been injecting for over 10 year and has never seen anything like it. Do you know what this could be?
