In my practice I recommend 6 weeks to be sure not to damage the fat grafts.Best Regards,Dr Gartner
Yes it's safe. We want to compress the areas of liposuction, yet not placed too much pressure on the areas of fat transfer to maximize the fat survival. Good luck
Compression garments are important after the BBL procedure for several reasons. First, it helps to contour your donor sites and treatment areas. It helps to keep your swelling down. Often the garments do not put pressure where the fat was transfer (central mound of buttock) Please talk to your PS about his/her specific protocol for compression garments. Best wishes.Dr. BasuHouston, TX
I prefer that patients wear a compression garment after a BBL that has an opening in the back for the buttocks. I think that once you have healed( ad of course talk to your surgeon first) you can go back into tight clothes. For my patients this could be in 3-4 weeks.

You should be at a stable and comfortable weight that you are happy with at the time of your BBL. Consult with a few more surgeons to be sure of your decision and ideal weight.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno
Thanks for the question. You should be able to go on vacation by 3-4 weeks after your surgery. But this is valid only with assuming postoperative recovery is uneventful. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.
A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If...
