Hit my nose moderately hard 5 weeks after Rhinoplasty (Photos added before surgery, photo before being hit and photo after hit.)

Looking at the photos provided, I would also agree there is some degree of edema, but no obvious or significant displacement noted. You should make sure to contact your surgeon regarding the incident. Happy healing. 

You have a really nice result, your surgeon did a great job.  Don't think the injury did any damage.  After five weeks a rhinoplasty is pretty sturdy.  You have some slight asymmetry of your nose which is not unusual since your nose was quite crooked before surgery, but probably not a result of the injury.

Your nose looks straight and the results are good. You may have a little edema but that will resolve over the course of a year. Consult your surgeon for advice and guidance.Best wishes

I agree with Dr. Peck totally - your result looks good and though they may be some additional swelling it should resolve with time leaving you with an excellent result.
