Hip dips. Could I get 360 lipo and a fat transfer to my hips?

Hello I am 5'3 162 lbs and I have very pronounced hip dips especially now that I have more fat in my stomach area, is there a way I could just get 360 lipo and fat transfer to my hips or I have to get a BBL??

I use fat to fill in hip dents every day, and the technique is very effective.  Photos or an in-office exam would be necessary to confirm if this procedure would work for you.

Taking fat from the abdomen and transferring to the hips is a common procedure that is very effective and gives great results.  You just need to research the right doctor for you.  Good luck!

It is difficult to evaluate your candidacy with no photos, but in general, liposuction and fat transfer to the hips can be done to help you achieve a more contoured and hourglass shape. I would recommend posting photos, scheduling a virtual or an in person consultations with a board certified plastic surgeon who performs many of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.
