Can 360 lipo, BBL and chin lipo be performed at the same time?

Thank you for your question! Yes, lipo 360, chin lipo, and BBL can be done at the same time. Lying on your stomach post procedure should not negatively affect your chin lipo results. I recommend my patients wear the surgical garments we provide, including head wrap for compression to the chin, for the first 3 weeks post surgery, 24/7, then an additional 3 weeks at night only. When planning a Brazilian butt lift, patients can look forward to a double benefit: reducing areas of unwanted fat while gaining a perkier, rounded posterior.  Each procedure must be planned according to the individual needs of patients, harvesting fat from target areas of the torso, thighs, arms, knees and in your case from the chin and transferring it to create smooth, attractive contours optimized for each person.

I have performed this combination many times for appropriate candidates.  Submental liposuction will likely not present difficulties when recovering from the BBL.  Every PS will have different post-operative instructions; you need to follow whatever your doctor recommends. My patient coordinator recommends a plastic inflatable with a hole in it (called a lilo), where instead of your tummy, you place your butt, so you can sleep on your back with pillows propping up your neck and head.
