Thank you for your question! Yes, lipo 360, chin lipo, and BBL can be done at the same time. Lying on your stomach post procedure should not negatively affect your chin lipo results. I recommend my patients wear the surgical garments we provide, including head wrap for compression to the chin, for the first 3 weeks post surgery, 24/7, then an additional 3 weeks at night only. This will help decrease swelling to all surgical areas. Best of luck!
Thanks for your question. Yes you can have these procedures together. When planning a Brazilian butt lift, patients can look forward to a double benefit: reducing areas of unwanted fat while gaining a perkier, rounded posterior. Each procedure must be planned according to the individual needs of patients, harvesting fat from target areas of the torso, thighs, arms, knees and in your case from the chin and transferring it to create smooth, attractive contours optimized for each person. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
I have performed this combination many times for appropriate candidates. Submental liposuction will likely not present difficulties when recovering from the BBL. Every PS will have different post-operative instructions; you need to follow whatever your doctor recommends. My patient coordinator recommends a plastic inflatable with a hole in it (called a lilo), where instead of your tummy, you place your butt, so you can sleep on your back with pillows propping up your neck and head.
Dear Kymmii2Ds,I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thank you for your questions. In regards to combining procedures, you need to discuss this with your board certified (ABPS) plastic surgeon.Best of luck!Dallas R. Buchanan, MD, FACSOwner & Board-Certified Plastic SurgeonVIVIFY plastic surgery
Thank you for your question.Every doctor has their own protocol. However, this is a standard requested procedure in our practice where patients request 360 liposuction with chin or jawline liposuction during the same procedure. We have seen no hindrance in recovery and only seen benefits in getting it done in one stage versus two separate surgeries.
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Yes, both BBL and chin liposuction can be performed at the same time. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
Unfortunately there are no pictures. You would get different answers from different surgeons. You would need a physical exam by a board certified plastic surgeon in order to determine if you would be a good candidate for surgery. One needs to take into account your medical history and your weight height ratio, age and quality of your skin in order to make the determination. I’m very excited about a new high tech device used to perform BBLs. It’s called the Vibrastat (please see the Vibrastat video on our page). I hope you find this information useful. Please watch the enclosed video.
Hello and thank you for your question. The ability to perform BBL and chin liposuction at the same time is dependent on a) your health, b) your goals, c) the comfort of your plastic surgeon, and d) the amount of time your surgery may take. Go to a board certified plastic surgeon for your optimal outcome.Sincerely,Dr. Sean Kelishadi
Thanks for your question! That will depend on some factors, your health conditions and your pictures. You have to consult a board plastic surgeon to discuss it.
Different recovery protocols are present for different patients. On average patients may recover from tightness and lumps as early as 4-6 weeks and as late as 8-16 weeks; meaning your recovery depends on the amount of fat removed from liposuction, the areas...
Thanks for your question. Yes, a tummy tuck and a BBL (which includes 360 lipo) can be done at the same time. However, keep in mind that having them done separately allows for more predictability of the result. Furthermore, the recovery is more difficult when procedures are combined. The patient...
In my opinion it is unlikely that liposuction with fat transfer such as a BBL will cause any significant worsening of your shingles or secondary herpes Symplex outbreaks. Do you have a better understanding of this I would suggest talking to a neurologist or infectious disease specialist. ...
