I want a BBL obviously with 360 lipo but I know that I'd have loose skin afterwards(I have loose skin now) is it possible to have a tummy tuck at the same time as my BBL?

Answer: BBL & Tummy Tuck at the same time Thanks for your question. Yes, a tummy tuck and a BBL (which includes 360 lipo) can be done at the same time. However, keep in mind that having them done separately allows for more predictability of the result. Furthermore, the recovery is more difficult when procedures are combined. The patient can only sleep on her sides and this makes for a very uncomfortable recovery. In addition, the post-surgery pain is much greater. That said, if the two procedures are done separately, it makes sense to do the tummy tuck first and then 4-5 months later, a BBL can be performed. The reason being that if you have significant excess skin and you get liposuction in that area, the area will look wrinkled, scarred, and irregular. Also doing significant liposuction on the abdomen and then having a tummy tuck later can predispose you to wound healing complications after the tummy tuck.
