Aloha and thanks for your question. Our implant costs range from ~$6-9k, depending on whether you choose saline or silicone, round or shaped. It would be best for you to visit an experienced board certified plastic surgeon for an in-depth consultation to review your options. Mahalo, Dr D
Thanks for your question.Costs for breast implants in Hawaii can range from $6000-9000. The price will depend on the type of implant used and the surgeon that you choose. My advice to you is to select a board certified plastic surgeon who you feel most comfortable with. Price can be a consideration, but please remember that the cost to revise a procedure will make your surgery much more expensive overall. Surgery done expertly and without the need for a revision initially may cost more, but you will save in the long run.Aloha,Shim Ching, MD
When it comes to costs associated with surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure ( quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider, type of breast implants utilized… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find some average cost of surgery listed on this website as well as on the attached link.In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Best wishes.

It is common for the breasts to drop at different rates. Please allow about 4-6 months for the dropping and fluffing process to complete.
You don't have tuberous breasts. Your areolas are a little bit "puffy" but certainly within the range of "normal".
Swelling is usually at its maximum 2 to 3 days after any surgical procedure. It then starts to subside. A few weeks after breast augmentation, breast shape continues to change and becomes more natural, with the upper pole decreasing and the lower aspect becoming rounder. The shape of the breast...
