Everyone's recovery is different. Swelling typically goes out anywhere from 3 to 6 months. 6 months being an extreme case.

It could take 3-6 months for the swelling to completely resolve. By 3 months most of it usually resolves, but some component of it will probably linger around for longer.
Usually by six weeks the swelling from this combination of procedures has resolved enough so that an expensive brought can be purchased. Complete swelling will take a number of months but usually this is less than a few percent.

Swelling is usually at its maximum 2to 3 days after any surgical procedure. It then starts to subside. Remember, there was no space for theimplants before, so it will take time for the muscle to relax and for the skinto accommodate the new "filling" that is present. Usually swelling from a breast augmentation and breast lift can take several months. I would be patient to allow things to heal.

Congratulations on having undergone the breast augmentation/lifting surgery. Keep in mind, that every patient's experience is different after this operation but the majority of swelling should have resolved within the first one to 2 months after surgery. Each surgeon has his own post-op recovery protocol for incisions. I prefer to keep them taped as long as patients tolerate it. At least 6 weeks.
Without a photograph it's impossible to comment on your particular situation. I'm unaware of bone shaving is a component of treatment for pectus. Breast augmentation sometimes nicely camouflages chest wall abnormalities.
