How long does it take for a breast lift and augmentation swelling to go down to normal size how's my months exactly??? It's been exactly 2 and a half so far ?

Everyone's recovery is different. Swelling typically goes out anywhere from 3 to 6 months. 6 months being an extreme case.

Swelling is usually at its maximum 2
to 3 days after any surgical procedure. It then starts to subside. A few weeks
after breast augmentation, breast shape continues to change and becomes more
natural, with the upper pole decreasing and the lower aspect becoming rounder.
The shape of the breast continues to take place as your body accommodates to
the placement of the implants over time. Remember, there was no space for the
implants before, so it will take time for the muscle to relax and for the skin
to accommodate the new "filling" that is present. This transformation
usually takes 6 to 8 months. Good luck during your recovery.

Everyone is certainly different when it comes from swelling an bruising.  It may take up to 6 months for all of the asymmetries to resolve.

Congratulations on having undergone the breast augmentation/lifting surgery. Keep in mind, that every patient's experience is different after this operation but the majority of swelling should have resolved within the first one to 2 months after surgery. It may take however 3 to 6 months to see the final outcome of the procedure performed. Your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource when it comes to specific/accurate information.
