A combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. Dear NJ,Festoons and malar mounds are difficult condition to treat. Along with lower eyelid bags, they can make a person appear tired, sick and older. I've had success using lasers to tighten the skin in the area of the festoons and malar mounds. It does have recovery but can produce nice improvement. I'll include some links below. I hope this was helpful.

Malar festoon can be tricky to treat.  Treatments range from laser skin resurfacing to dermal fillers and surgery.  Best to see a specialist to determine the best option for your specific case.

Hi There Thank you for your question.Under eye festoons are difficult to be fair and I have not seen any good treatment of them. I have seen a number of plastic surgeons promise good results then fail to  deliver.Malar mounds can also be challenging but do respond to the 8 point face lift done properly as taught by Mauricio de Maio.
