I am 46 and scheduled for a lower bleph with release of the orbicularis ligament and fat transfer, as well as canthopexy. I am pretty nervous about complications and changes to eye shape. What are the potential complications of releasing the orbicularis ligament? How can they be remedied if they occur? And what about complications from the canthopexy?
