Hi. I was wondering if push up/extreme push up bras can have any kind of negative effect on breast implants. I enjoy the look more, however, I’m truly concerned that this can cause bad things over time such as sagging or other issues. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated. Being able to wear that type of bra while knowing I am not harming my implants would be wonderful. Thank you in advance.

Answer: None, in my opinion In my experience, only significant weight change (greater than 10%) or the milk of pregnancy can possibly change surgical results. Wear what you wish. Answer: Breast implants and push up bras Hello, while although you should not be wearing a push up bra right after a breast augmentation. Once the implant has settled in after 6 months, its perfectly ok to wear a push up bra. It will not harm the implant or the position of the implant. In fact we advise our patients to always wear supportive bra with implants. Over time gravity can weigh the breasts down and wearing a supportive bra helps with that.
