Around 6 months ago I received a temporal brow lift and some chin lipo, initially I wanted to slightly pull the corner of my eyes for that "cat eye" look. I am happy with my results and feel it looks incredibly natural but after healing and settling I am slightly un happy with my eye shape. Initially with swelling after the procedure I was in love with the way my eyes looked and would like advice on achieving this. I don't really want to get another brow lift ideally something less invasive.

The best option is an open brow lift with the incision at the frontal hairline. This will allow excess skin to be removed, take care of the wrinkles and lift the eyebrows to a more normal position.
