Revision options after ptosis surgery (eyelid contour uneven) - Can revision surgery also reshape the eyelid contour? (Photos)

I had a Müller’s muscle resection ptosis surgery in 2019. Since then, one eyelid is slightly overcorrected and the other is undercorrected. In addition, the shape of the upper eyelid itself bothers me the inner corner looks cinched upward and the outer part looks droopy, so the lid isn’t in a smooth plane. Looking back at childhood photos, it may be congenital. My question: Can revision ptosis surgery also reshape the eyelid contour (not just adjust the height)?
