Can ptosis surgery help my eyes become a little upturned? (Photos)

Kind980562
Hi! I currently have a little bit of a sleepy look to my eyes and have been told I have heavy eyelids. I was recommended to do a bilateral ptosis correction, which some doctors told me would relieve some of the heaviness I feel throughout the day. I, however, wanted a procedure that would "feminize" my eyes so to speak and wanted something that would lift the outer edges of my eyes so to appear more upturned. Can a ptosis correction slightly do that? I heard there are other procedures like canthoplasties, but i'm not sure i would be a good candidate. What is the difference between the two?
