Ptosis surgery - What are the chances it will get worse? (photo)

I am considering ptosis surgery. I have already seen an oculoplastic surgeon who told me I need b/l correction as there is droopiness after correction of my eye with ptosis. My eyelid is very mild. I am afraid that it gets worse after correction, more asymmetry etc... what are the risks ? how much is the chance that it gets worse?

Several concerns are visible in the photo:1. The double eyelid crease is set quite high and does not fold naturally.2. There is significant hollowing of the upper eyelid skin, resulting in multiple creases.3. The eye-opening muscles are weak, leading to an imbalance in the strength between both eyes.Due to these issues, the eyes appear sleepy, tired, and give an overall aged impression.To improve these concerns, an upper blepharoplasty (upper eyelid surgery) can be considered. Through this procedure, we can lower the overly high crease to a more natural position and fill the hollowed area with harvested fat. Additionally, by strengthening the levator muscle (responsible for opening the eyes), the eyes can appear brighter, more youthful, and refreshed.
