How does eyelid height progress in the days and weeks after levator resection on one eye?

I have read conflicting answers online, some say that the eyelid will be most ‘open’ or lifted in the initial days after surgery and then start to drop till final height is achieved in the coming weeks. The other point of view is that the eyelid starts lower and continues to rise as the weeks progress achieving max. Height around six weeks after surgery. what is the accurate information on how eyelid height typically changes post surgery on one eye? Thank you
