Are these 2 lumps osteomas? (Photo)

I recently moved to the US so I never had this diagnosed before j Now that Im here I want to deal with this. I am willing to pay out of pocket. I just need to know where Im going. I am willing to travel if this can be dealt with relatively easily. The photo shows the lump right above my left eyebrow and in the middle of the right side of my forehead, although the right side is clear in the photos

They are very common, and even though small, they are something that is very visible. They are generally very easy to remove, you  smooth them down, and they typically do not recur. Need to make sure no other syndromes or history that suggest something else, but you can generally feel them to differentiate. When they are in the midline I am more likely to get a CT scan just because of some of the intracranial blood vessels, but all things being as expected, CT probably not needed.

This is something I deal with each week.  These areas could be bone (from the forehead bone) or lipomas / fibromas which are more mobile.  They should both be readily addressed and we would vary our approach based upon what they are.  Typically in less than an hour they can be eliminated.  A video consult is the next best step.
