Are these 2 lumps osteomas? (Photo)

I recently moved to the US so I never had this diagnosed before j Now that Im here I want to deal with this. I am willing to pay out of pocket. I just need to know where Im going. I am willing to travel if this can be dealt with relatively easily. The photo shows the lump right above my left eyebrow and in the middle of the right side of my forehead, although the right side is clear in the photos

It is not very likely that additional surgery would visibly correct your current condition. You can still take a risk of additional hair transplant? However, since your option may be limited by means of surgery, you may consider changing your hairstyle. It is worth of trying. Good luck.
