After having Smart Lipo for jowls and under chin, is it normal to be getting hot flushes to the face?

The liposuction should have no reason to cause facial flushing post surgery.  Please see your physician for a formal evaluation.  If the parotid gland was affected you could get change in sweating or salivation.  Best, Dr. Emer.
