Hi! It can take up to six months to see the final result.  If you have gained weight since your procedure the results will be alterted and you will still have fullness in the area. I would suggest you talk to your surgeon about your concerns. Best of luck to you!

Thank you for your question. Drainage typically stops by the second day. You will however be in a compression garment. I  think you would be fine to go to the wedding, but would restrict your activity. Best wishes.
