but lower ab area had loose skin & slight pouch under belly button. Skin creased over c-section scar. Consulted 5 surgeons, all agreed on mini tuck. Had surgery, but never liked results. Fixed skin at scar, but overall skin still lax. Surgeon disagrees & told me to diet. I'm 5'7", 135 lbs, thin build He said skin tightened too much would cause problem when seated. I still have slight muffin top and small side rolls when sitting or bending. Any skin tightening options for this area?

You did not post photos, so I suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing all of your concerns. At one week, you do have swelling. However, you need to be checked to make sure you do not have a collection of fluid.
Yes, the mini tuck is still surgery and will take up to 6 weeks to fully recover and return to normal activities. Some things, like sit ups and motorcycle riding will require more time.
