I can see where the implant is when I look from the side and I can feel it, additionally my breasts used to be pretty symmetrical but now they seem so different even the nipple placement is off. Does this look like a flipped implant or is it bottoming out? I have J&J saline implants I had agreed to 375cc but the surgeon decided to fill it more during surgery and I believe he said he filled it to 425 or 475cc instead. Not much pain just occasional discomfort, I got them done august 2020.
