Looking to get a re augmentation done with a new surgeon but wondeirng what’s wrong or what happened my boobs? I had a reduction, uplift and implant 400c smooth Not happy with the outcome

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method.  The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.  Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

A large portion of my practice is dedicated to revisionary breast surgery Over many years, I developed a technique called "Reductive Augmentation" in which an internal bra-capsulorrhaphy, mastopexy - lift, and removal of inferior pole breast tissue is performed. This procedure is particularly suitable for patients who would like a more round appearing breast and upper pole fullness. I have treated many patients with very similar breast issues as yours. I published this technique in the International Journal of Aesthetic Surgery in 2017. Best wishes to you.

Hello!

It appears that you may benefit from additional support for your breasts. A revision surgery can be performed using Strattice mesh, which is often referred to as an internal bra. The asymmetry between your breasts can also be corrected.

It is best to consult with an expert in breast revision for the best results.

First, you went too large with your implants, and one side has already started to drop. Second, your breasts naturally sit low on your chest and the bases cannot be raised. You will always sit low. However, with large heavy implants, you will sag from the weight.  Go smaller and tighten up from the inframammary incision. You might get benefit from and internal bra with mesh.
