What procedure will permanently fix my hollow eyes, especially upper eyes? (Photos)

I want to fix my superorbital rim asymmetry, lowering eyelid crease and having nature looking at in upper eyelid so that it will look full and more of "almond eyes"with crease and youthful appearance. I have researched alot about this and seems like all of procedures in that area are risky but i want a permanent solution for that without losing range of motion and some more risks but should be permanent and natural looking without uncanny appearance . I don't want that half filled appearance either ,it should be fully corrected and I know it's unrealistic expectations but I'm just tryna get if any expert have solution or idea . Btw I don't believes in fillers completely or any temporary solution , imlants with fat graft is good but many surgeon do it in a way it will cuz risks and look uncanny .
